1. Přijetí podmínek

Tyto Obchodní podmínky („Podmínky“) upravují používání webu a služeb IMEI Check Pro provozovaných Pistachio Tech LLC (New Mexico Entity ID 0008124662). Přístupem k naší Službě nebo jejím používáním souhlasíte s tím, že jste těmito Podmínkami vázáni.

Pokud nesouhlasíte, Službu nepoužívejte.

2. Popis služby

IMEI Check Pro provides IMEI validation, device identity checks, and brand-specific verification reports. Available fields and data depth depend strictly on the selected service, device brand, model, country, carrier, regional variant, and third-party data suppliers.

Data availability is not fixed, uniform, or prefixed across all devices. Different brands and models maintain different database fields, and individual IMEIs within the same model line may have differing levels of information available in upstream records. If upstream manufacturer or carrier databases do not maintain specific details (such as color, capacity, purchase history, or carrier lock details) for a particular IMEI, that information cannot be provided.

All verification reports reflect data as of the exact date and timestamp when the query is performed. Device records are dynamic and can change over time after the check date.

The free check validates a 15-digit IMEI and returns available identity and status details. Blacklist, iCloud, Activation Lock, and deeper history fields require a separate paid report that lists them.

We do not unlock devices, remove iCloud locks, or alter carrier restrictions. We provide informational reports only.

3. Registrace účtu

4. Objednávky, ceny a platba

Platba je zpracována prostřednictvím poskytovatelů třetích stran. Dokončením nákupu autorizujete poplatek za vybranou službu.

Doba doručení závisí na vybrané službě a dodavateli. Většina reportů je doručena rychle po platbě, často během několika minut.

5. Přípustné použití

Souhlasíte, že nebudete:

• Používat Službu k nezákonným účelům nebo k obtěžování jiných
• Odesílat čísla IMEI, která nejste oprávněni kontrolovat
• Pokoušet se obejít limity rychlosti, kontroly přístupu nebo platbu
• Scrapovat, zpětně analyzovat nebo přeprodávat naše služby bez písemného souhlasu
• Prezentovat výsledky ověření jako záruky stavu zařízení nebo právního vlastnictví

6. Accuracy, Point-in-Time Status, and Data Variability

Verification results depend on third-party databases, carrier systems, and supplier availability. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable for certain devices or individual IMEIs.

Point-in-Time Status: All verification results, blacklist checks, lock states, warranty details, and carrier records reflect database information as of the exact date and timestamp the query is processed. Device status is dynamic and subject to change at any future time (including subsequent blacklist reports, loss reports, billing defaults, or carrier status changes). A result that is clean or unlocked at the time of check does not guarantee the device will remain in that state indefinitely.

Data Variability Across Brands, Models, and IMEIs: Database records are not uniform or prefixed across all manufacturers, models, or individual IMEI numbers. Even within the same brand or model, certain IMEIs may have incomplete or unavailable records in manufacturer and carrier databases. If upstream sources do not contain specific data fields for an IMEI, IMEI Check Pro cannot provide that data. The absence of specific optional or manufacturer-dependent fields does not constitute a defect or failure of the Service, and does not entitle you to a refund.

Unavailable data should be treated as unknown, not safe. A clean result does not guarantee a device is free of all risks.

You are responsible for verifying IMEI numbers before submission and for inspecting devices and proof of purchase when buying used phones.

7. Vrácení peněz

Refunds are governed by the Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation Policy presented before payment. A report successfully delivered with the available records for that IMEI is final and non-refundable. Missing optional fields due to upstream database omissions or subsequent changes in device status do not entitle you to a refund or chargeback. If we cannot deliver the purchased report or those material fields due to a system failure, we initiate a full refund promptly; the payment provider may then take 5–10 business days or longer to post the credit. Correctly credited wallet deposits are subject to the wallet rules in that policy.

8. Duševní vlastnictví

Web, branding, software a obsah jsou vlastnictvím Pistachio Tech LLC nebo jejích poskytovatelů licencí. Nesmíte kopírovat, upravovat ani distribuovat naše materiály bez povolení.

Reporty jsou určeny pro vaše osobní nebo obchodní použití v souvislosti s nákupem. Redistribuce hromadných dat reportů může vyžadovat samostatnou dohodu.

9. Vyloučení záruk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we warrant that all data fields will be available for every brand, model, or IMEI, or that device status will not change after the check timestamp.

10. Omezení odpovědnosti

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pistachio Tech LLC and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on point-in-time verification results or omissions in third-party databases.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Odškodnění

Souhlasíte s odškodněním a ochranou Pistachio Tech LLC před nároky vyplývajícími z vašeho zneužití Služby, porušení těchto Podmínek nebo porušení práv třetích stran.

12. Ukončení

Můžeme pozastavit nebo ukončit přístup při porušení těchto Podmínek, podvodu, zneužití nebo zneužití chargebacků. Službu můžete kdykoli přestat používat.

Ustanovení, která ze své povahy mají přetrvat po ukončení, zůstanou v platnosti.

13. Rozhodné právo

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Změny Podmínek

Tyto Podmínky můžeme kdykoli aktualizovat. Podstatné změny budou zveřejněny na této stránce. Pokračující používání po změnách představuje přijetí.
