Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Introduction

IMEI Check Pro ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Pistachio Tech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008124662). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and IMEI verification services.

This policy describes our practices. Where consent is required—for example, for certain advertising cookies—we request it separately.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
  • Transaction data: order history, payment references, contact phone number when requested by the payment checkout, and billing details processed by our payment partners
  • IMEI and device data: IMEI numbers, serial numbers, and verification results you submit
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and usage logs
  • Communications: messages you send to [email protected]

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide IMEI verification and deliver reports
  • Process payments and manage orders
  • Respond to support requests and refund inquiries
  • Improve our services, security, and fraud prevention
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Send service-related notifications and post-order review invitations (not marketing spam)

We do not sell your IMEI data or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. IMEI Data Handling

IMEI numbers are used solely to perform the verification you request. Results depend on available supplier data. We retain IMEI-related records only as long as necessary to deliver the service, handle disputes, and meet legal requirements.

Free checks may be processed without an account. Paid orders are linked to your account or guest checkout details for delivery and support.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember settings such as language, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure. With consent where required, we also use analytics and advertising technologies to understand usage, measure campaigns, and show or measure ads.

Advertising providers, including Google AdSense where enabled, may use cookies or similar identifiers based on visits to this and other websites. You can use our consent controls, your browser settings, Google advertising settings, or applicable industry opt-out tools. See our Cookie Policy for categories, purposes, and available controls.

6. Third-Party Services

We disclose information to service providers that support payment processing, hosting, security, communications, analytics, advertising, customer support, independent review invitations, and verification data. They may use data only for the contracted purpose or as independently disclosed by them.

Payment data is handled by our payment partners (such as Stripe and Razorpay). A phone number may be requested for payment verification and transaction updates; we do not use it for marketing. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

After a completed order, limited order details such as your email address and order reference may be shared with our independent review provider so it can send a genuine post-purchase review invitation.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

7. Data Retention and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we strive to protect information using industry-standard practices.

Production checkout pages use HTTPS. Card details are entered into payment-provider interfaces and are not stored in full on our servers. PCI DSS compliance is a shared responsibility; we use provider-hosted payment components and maintain our integration according to the responsibilities applicable to our business.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing, and appeal a denied request.

We do not sell IMEI data or account data for money. Some advertising-cookie activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws even when no money changes hands. Use the cookie or privacy controls presented on the site to make an available opt-out choice.

To exercise another privacy right, email [email protected] and identify your jurisdiction and request. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. You may use an authorized agent where local law permits.

9. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the EEA or UK GDPR apply, we process data as needed to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and based on consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers where required.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
