1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IMEI Check Pro website and services operated by Pistachio Tech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008124662). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IMEI Check Pro provides IMEI validation, device identity checks, and brand-specific verification reports. Available fields depend on the selected service, device brand, country, carrier, and data suppliers.

The free check validates a 15-digit IMEI and returns available identity and status details. Blacklist, iCloud, Activation Lock, and deeper history fields require a separate paid report that lists them.

We do not unlock devices, remove iCloud locks, or alter carrier restrictions. We provide informational reports only.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are per IMEI and shown before payment, including the report name and included fields. Prices may change when services or suppliers are updated.

The checkout identifies the report, price, and currency before payment. Payment is processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.

Payment-gateway charges are customer-initiated and one-time: either a guest report purchase or a registered user's wallet top-up. We do not use the payment gateway for automatic recurring charges, automatic wallet reloads, or subscription renewals.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge and request immediate performance of the personalized digital service. Delivery is electronic through the results page, account, or email identified at checkout; no physical goods are shipped. Delivery timing depends on the selected service and supplier. Most reports are delivered quickly after payment, often within minutes.

Wallet deposits are prepaid account credits usable only for eligible IMEI Check Pro services. They are not bank deposits, gift cards, or cash equivalents and cannot be withdrawn as cash. A wallet deposit is credited after payment confirmation.

Promotion, discount, trial, and coupon terms shown with an offer—including eligibility, expiration, usage limit, and excluded services—apply to that offer. Promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn before purchase. The final price and currency displayed at checkout control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Submit IMEI numbers you are not authorized to check
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or payment
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell our services without written approval
• Misrepresent verification results as guarantees of device condition or legal ownership

6. Accuracy and Limitations

Verification results depend on third-party databases and supplier availability. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable for some devices.

Unavailable data should be treated as unknown, not safe. A clean result does not guarantee a device is free of all risks.

You are responsible for verifying IMEI numbers before submission and for inspecting devices and proof of purchase when buying used phones.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation Policy presented before payment. A report successfully delivered with the material advertised fields is final and non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the purchased report or those material fields, we initiate a full refund promptly; the payment provider may then take 5–10 business days or longer to post the credit. Correctly credited wallet deposits are subject to the wallet rules in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, software, and content are owned by Pistachio Tech LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Reports are for your personal or business use in connection with the purchase. Redistribution of bulk report data may require separate agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pistachio Tech LLC and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pistachio Tech LLC from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
